About Barry
Barry is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and has extensive experience in Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and infrastructure development projects, gained from his 23+ years of working in the South African Construction Industry. With that experience he brings an insightful perspective to the Real Estate market.
Barry has lived in the Horseshoe Bay area with his wife and 2 kids since 2015, after moving from South Africa.
As a stay-at-home Dad and part-time Handyman for a few years, Barry has gained exposure to what the beautiful North Shore has to offer families and people, living on the North Shore.
Being a “New” Canadian, I know too well the challenges of navigating life in a new country, let alone the often-daunting task of buying and selling real estate, and I hope to help others using my experience to navigate the real estate process.
