About Monique
Monique began selling real estate in Whistler, BC, in 1989. A quick induction into a rapidly expanding market resulted in over 1500 transactions totalling over a billion dollars in sales during her time there. The biggest success being the amazing relationships created along the way.
Bringing a unique Global approach to luxury real estate sales in both private and new development homes sales, her extensive experience ranges from sprawling custom designed estate properties, ocean front Villa's in California, private golf course estates in Washington and BC, Four Seasons Private Residences in Whistler to waterfront homes at Four Seasons Private Residences Bora Bora.
Monique moved back to Vancouver in 2011 and joined the great team at Macdonald Realty. “It was like starting new but I was very fortunate to be offered amazing opportunities in both re-sale and pre-sale through my long and trusted relationships”. Selling beautiful North Shore homes and condos as well as working in the luxury market downtown with teams selling Vancouver House, The Jervis and The Smithe to name (drop) a few!
Monique believes in living a balanced lifestyle which for her means living well by creating meaningful, trusted relationships in her work and personal life, eating well, staying energized through a lots of hiking, yoga, travel and a healthy amount of laughter on a daily basis.
