About Peter

"Beginnings" I was born and raised in the city of Vancouver. After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Arts, I decided to pursue a career in residential real estate on the Westside. A few year later I enrolled in the UBC Sauder Real Estate Division to study & received a diploma in "Urban Land Economics". I have specialized in residential sales over the last 30 years.

"Experience is the Difference" Over the years I have gained significant experience evaluating, negotiating and strategizing all types of real estate markets and their fluctuations in Vancouver. My desire to negotiate real estate transactions has been honed by adopting a strategy of putting my clients needs first and foremost. To properly market a property a realtor must combine marketing experience, sales savvy and the ability to read people effectively.
