You know what I love? I love helping clients reach their goals and achieve their dreams! Real estate is a very exciting and fun industry to work in but it is also a challenge. The real estate industry is full of ups, downs, pitfalls and struggles. I can help guide you through the process and make it an easy and much smoother process. Having worked in the Real Estate industry as a REALTOR and investor for over 10 years I will be able to guide you through the Victoria BC property market. I have recently undergone extensive training to become a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). Being a CNE gives my clients the leverage and the upper hand against other agents when negotiation the price on a property. Having lived in Victoria most of my life and having attended St. Michaels University School, UVIC and eventually UBC for real estate, I not only have the area knowledge but also the education to assist you in making the right decision towards a successful sale or purchase of property. I am personally involved in both property ownership and property investment. I truly have a passion for the city, Vancouver Island and Real Estate. I would love to guide you in your transaction.
