About Darryl

I am a proud Vancouverite and have lived in the Lower Mainland since 1995, watching it evolve into the vibrant and beautiful city it is today. I have lived in Downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, South Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Langley, North Vancouver and now Burnaby so know about many of the wonderful communities in the Lower Mainland. I buy and sell residential real estate for clients in all parts of Vancouver, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, New Westminster and Ridge/Meadows. My services cover all product types including detached homes, duplexes, townhomes and condos.


PASSION
I have 25 years of work and life experience in advocating for clients and truly am a "people person." I have been buying and selling properties in the Lower Mainland for over 7 years. I am so thankful that I have found a career where I can blend my passion for real estate and my passion for people. I love the feeling of handing over a set of keys to an excited homebuyer of telling a Seller we have an accepted offer on their property

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) which empowers me with a strong skill set to work with in challenging situations. I work with first time homebuyers to savvy investors across all product types. I succeed at finding my clients a perfect home and can sell properties in all different types of markets thanks to my well-developed marketing plan.
