About Chris
As a 6th generation Victorian with deep roots throughout the South Island, it is obvious when you meet Chris that he has genuine and authentic knowldge about the market along with a multitude of connections.
Chris’s passion for real estate began over 20 years ago, and he has experienced the market from a variety of perspectives: as a homeowner, investor, landlord and builder. His innate ability and first-hand experience give him a multi-faceted knowledge of sales, negotiation and home construction. After years of being the go-to for friends and family regarding advice or help when purchasing or selling, the progression to a career in real estate was a natural one for Chris.
Dedicated and trustworthy, Chris understands the importance of strong work ethic and professionalism. He prides himself on being in it for the long haul. Chris lives on the Saanich Peninsula with his wife, daughter and 2 rescue dogs. On his time off he can be found gardening, fishing, or hiking with his family.
