About Susan
Welcome to my website. Let me introduce myself, I have been a Real Estate Agent for 15 years and have gained an incredible amount of experience during these years together with meeting amazing people along the way . In my experience there is no amount of education that can replace years of experience spent in the real estate business as every transaction is unique in its own way. My top goals are to meet your needs whether it be purchasing or selling a home and most importantly making sure your contract protects your interests. My past careers could not have been a better match to compliment my business such as supporting lawyers in the Corporate Legal Department for 9 years in Montreal and thereafter worked for one of the largest mining companies in the world for 9 years as well in the Legal and Human Resources Department.
I've dealt with a variety of sales including Strata Condos, Duplexes, Single Family Homes, Strata Townhouses, Presale Condos and Manufactured homes.
On a personal note I am originally from Montreal and moved to Vancouver about 30 years ago as I was attracted to the amazing environment we have from our beaches, forests, mountains and our close distance to Tofino and the Sunshine Coast in addition to our colourful city. On my spare time I enjoy boogie boarding, skiing and hiking with my family and our Hungarian Vizsla "Spyro".
