About Alina

Alina’s approach to Vancouver real estate is intrinsically tied to her deep love for the city. Originally from China, she is fluent in English and Mandarin. Coming from a background in both business and health care, Alina knows how to serve people. Her entire approach is rooted in carefully listening and relating to her clients' needs, and doing all she can to exceed their expectations.

She specializes in the needs of First Time Home Buyers. As someone who has moved 7 times in her 7 years living in Vancouver, Alina understands how stressful it is to find a home. She loves learning about her clients’ objectives, guiding them to ideal properties and handling every facet of the process from A to Z. Alina is filled with in depth market knowledge and is detail oriented and always works diligently to promote her clients’ best interests. Her goal is to make the transition stress-free, and enjoyable at every step to ensure at smooth and successful transaction.

Outside of real estate, Alina is an active volunteer in the community. She loves Yoga, reading, traveling and trying out new restaurants.
